Kaye began judging in 1990.
She holds an International championship licence for ALL BREEDS. She has judged in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Japan, China, South Africa, Singapore, Philippines and Taiwan.

Kaye was for several years the Dogs Queensland Group Co-ordinator for the Judges' Training Scheme for all Sporting Dog (Gundog) Breeds. She lectures internationally on canine nutrition, conformation and handling.
